How to Read an OOSClub Listing

What each part of an OOSClub listing means: check dates, status badges, prices and renewals, refund policies, seller quotes and how hubs order listings.

Researched from public information

An OOSClub listing collects the facts about a bot, cook group, proxy provider or other tool in one place, with a date on what we've checked. This guide walks through each part of a listing, what the labels mean, and what to look at before you buy.

The top of the listing#

The name row tells you what the product is and how current our information is:

  • Name and tagline. The tagline is OOSClub's own one-line description, not the seller's.
  • Status badge. Shows where the product stands: Active, Temporarily unavailable, Waitlist, Closed to new members, Discontinued, Acquired, Merged, Rebranded or Defunct. Only Active is coloured.
  • Category and niche chips, such as Bots, AIO or Sneakers.
  • The check line. "Checked today" or "Checked 12 days ago" shows when an OOSClub editor last checked the listing against the seller's own sources. Hover over it for the exact date. A listing nobody has checked yet reads "Unverified."
  • "By" a company, when the same company has more than one listing on OOSClub.

If a product isn't active, a notice under the name says so, for example that it has a waitlist, is closed to new members, has been discontinued, or has been rebranded or merged into something else.

The buy box#

The buy box sits beside the listing on desktop and under the name on mobile.

  • Starts at. The lowest plan price, with a second line for what comes next: "per month", "then $150 / quarter" or "then $X renewal". Our guide to licenses, renewals and rentals explains upfront fees and renewals.
  • Availability. Sold out, Waitlist, Invite only or Closed. No badge usually means it's open, though it can also mean we haven't confirmed availability yet. Availability is separate from status: an Active bot can still be sold out right now.
  • Offers. A current deal or coupon code, with its own check date.
  • The buttons. "Get" plus the product's name goes to the seller's buy page, and "Official website" to their site. Under "Find them on" are the seller's own Discord, X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Telegram accounts.
  • The commission note. "We may earn a commission when you buy through links on this page. It never changes our rankings or research."
  • Sponsored and Featured boxes. Any paid placement under the buy box is labeled "Sponsored" or "Featured" and links to our disclosure page.

For a discontinued product, the buy button is replaced by "No longer available" and up to three alternatives to try instead.

Quick facts#

Quick facts summarise the product: its type, details like operating system or license type, regions, how many stores and platforms it supports, its refund policy and its latest product update.

Two things to know:

  • Missing means unconfirmed. OOSClub only shows facts it could confirm. If a fact isn't there, we haven't confirmed it yet; it doesn't mean the product lacks it.
  • Policies appear once checked. The refund policy shows as "Refunds", "Limited refunds" or "No refunds", and the latest update as a month, such as "Oct 2026." Both appear only after an editor has checked them, and usually link to the seller's own page. Our guide to refund policies explains what bots and groups typically allow.

Overview and the seller's own words#

The Overview starts with OOSClub's own summary and description. Where we quote the seller, it's set apart under the seller's name, for example "Stellar AIO says", with the note: "The seller's own words, quoted as published. OOSClub hasn't checked these claims." Treat anything in that box as the seller's marketing, not as a fact we've confirmed.

Pricing#

Most listings show a plan table with four columns:

  • Plan: the plan's name.
  • Upfront: what you pay first. It can also read "Free", "Waitlist only" or "Not listed" if the seller doesn't publish a price.
  • Renewal: what you pay after that, and how often. "None" means a one-time or free plan. If the seller gives a renewal price but not how often it's charged, it reads "how often isn't stated."
  • Includes: extras where known, such as the number of instances (devices), a free trial or a setup fee.

Under the table:

  • An "Unverified" badge and a line saying we haven't confirmed the price with the seller yet appear if any plan hasn't been checked.
  • Price history: either "No price changes recorded" or the last change, with the old price.
  • A date pill: "Checked" with a date once every plan has been checked, or "Updated" with the date of the last edit if not.
  • "Package prices are the seller's," with the source website.

Proxy, server and account listings#

Products sold in packages, such as proxies by the IP or gigabyte, servers and account packs, use a package grid instead. Each package shows the seller's price, and next to it, in grey, a per-unit figure such as "$1.25/IP/mo" that OOSClub calculates from the seller's price, so you can compare packages of different sizes. Packages can also show "Out of stock" or "Not offered." The note under the grid reads: "Package prices are the seller's. Grey figures are calculated by OOSClub."

Bot, cook group, proxy and server listings also link to the bot cost calculator, which adds proxies, a server and a group to show a year's total.

Stores, features and the rest of the page#

  • Supported stores and platforms, grouped into stores, platforms, marketplaces and other kinds, with a count for each. Our guide to AIO bots explains why it's worth checking that the stores you want are listed.
  • Features, as a checklist.
  • Alternatives: at least two similar products, each with its starting price and how it differs, such as "$X less to start" or "N more stores", plus a link to compare two products side by side where one exists.
  • Questions: common questions about the product. When the pricing has been checked, this includes how much it costs.
  • Related guides like this one.

Labels with a small info button, such as "Renewal" or "Unverified", open a short definition from the glossary.

How listings are ordered on a hub#

On a category hub, such as the bots hub, listings are ordered by:

  1. Status: active products first, then those with a waitlist, temporarily unavailable or closed to new members, then the rest.
  2. Whether OOSClub has checked them: checked listings come before unchecked ones.
  3. How well documented they are: listings with more supported stores and features come first.
  4. Name, alphabetically, to settle ties.

You can also sort by lowest price or most recently updated. Affiliate status, commissions and sponsored placements are never part of the order.

What to look at before you buy#

  1. The check date. A recent date means our information is fresh; an old one or "Unverified" means confirm the details on the seller's own site.
  2. Status and availability together. Active but sold out, or open but on a waitlist, are both common.
  3. The renewal, not just the upfront price.
  4. The refund policy, if shown. Most bots don't refund.
  5. The seller quote for what it is: the seller's words, not ours.
  6. The buttons. Use the listing's links to reach the seller's real site and accounts. Our guide to spotting scams explains why that matters.

Frequently asked questions

What does "Checked" mean on an OOSClub listing?

It shows when an OOSClub editor last checked the listing against the seller's own sources, for example "Checked 3 days ago." Hover over it to see the exact date. A listing nobody has checked yet shows "Unverified" instead.

Why is a fact missing from a listing?

OOSClub only shows facts it could confirm. If something isn't there, such as a refund policy or a supported region, it means we haven't confirmed it yet, not that the product doesn't have one.

Do affiliate deals change the order of listings?

No. Hubs order listings by status, whether OOSClub has checked them, and how well documented they are, or by the sort you pick. Affiliate status, commissions and sponsored placements never change the order, and sponsored placements are always labeled.

Are the prices on OOSClub the seller's prices?

Yes. Package prices are the seller's own, with the source shown under the pricing table. Grey per-unit figures on proxy, server and account listings are calculated by OOSClub from the seller's prices.
