Who runs OOSClub

OOSClub is run by Resellsnob LLC (“we”). Questions about these terms go to legal@oosclub.com.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to use OOSClub. Pages about sports betting are for 21 and over, as they say at the top. By using the site, you accept these terms and our privacy page.

What OOSClub is

OOSClub is independent research about tools and services for resellers and collectors. We don't sell or resell the products listed here, we aren't part of the companies that do, and we're never a party to a purchase. When you buy, you buy from the seller, on the seller's terms, and any question about what you bought is between you and the seller.

The information on the site

  • Our team checks prices and terms by hand, and each listing shows when it was last checked (or that it is Unverified). Prices, offers, store support and availability can change after that date. Check the seller's site before you buy.
  • Nothing on OOSClub is financial, investment, betting or legal advice. Whether a tool suits you, and whether using it is allowed where you are and on the sites you use it with, is your call.
  • Some links earn us a commission, and some placements are paid and labeled. Neither changes our rankings or research. See how we make money.

Links to other sites

Links to sellers and other sites are there for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, prices, policies or how they treat your data.

What you send us

Suggestions, reports and owners' updates help us keep the directory accurate. When you send one:

  • you let us use, edit and publish what you sent, in the directory and anywhere it helps us research listings, without paying you for it;
  • it must be true to the best of your knowledge, and not misleading, abusive or someone else's private data;
  • if you say you run a product, you must be allowed to speak for it. We check what you send against public pages before anything changes.

Listing is free and never guaranteed. Nobody can buy a listing, a ranking or an editor's pick, and a reader code you send is shown as a deal only if we approve it.

Using the site fairly

  • You may read, link to and share OOSClub pages.
  • Don't scrape or copy the directory in a way that harms the service, overload it with automated requests, or try to get around its security.
  • Don't abuse the forms: no spam, no fake votes, no false reports.
  • Names, logos and trademarks of listed products and companies belong to their owners. Showing them doesn't mean they endorse OOSClub, or that we endorse them.

No warranties, and limits on our liability

OOSClub is provided as it is and as available. We do our best to keep it accurate and running, but we don't promise that it's complete, current, error-free or always available.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on it, including what you buy from sellers we list or link to, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and any dispute about them or the site goes to the state or federal courts in Michigan.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
