Polar Chefs is a paid reselling community operated by Polar Chefs LTD, which the seller says is USA based and was established in 2018. It covers trading cards (examples include Topps and Pokémon releases), sneakers, streetwear, event tickets, collectibles, Hot Wheels, price errors and automated checkout. The membership lists 250+ live monitors, release guides, 1-on-1 onboarding, private training and a free autocheckout service. Members also get Icebox, a Windows and macOS app the seller describes as generating retailer accounts, profiles and virtual cards and managing inventory and stock checks. It is sold as monthly, quarterly or yearly subscriptions, and the seller states membership fees are non-refundable.
